EXCHANGE (RETURN) POLICY
ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE :

CONDITION OF EXCHANGED ITEMS
ALL EXCHANGED ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN NEW, UNUSED CONDITION, FREE FROM ANY DAMAGE, STAINS, OR SIGNS OF WEAR.
EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR REASONS RELATED TO COLOR VARIATION, SIZE PREFERENCE, OR PACKAGING PREFERENCES.
IF THE OUTER PACKAGING APPEARS DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY, KINDLY REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.
PLEASE ENSURE THE ITEM IS SECURELY PACKED TO PREVENT ANY DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT.
EXCHANGE FEE & PROCESS TIMELINE
A FLAT FEE OF ₹199 APPLIES TO ALL EXCHANGES AND DELIVERY OF THE REPLACEMENT ITEM.
OUR EXCHANGE PROCESS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING STAGES:
PICKUP & RETURN TRANSIT – ONCE YOUR REQUEST IS CONFIRMED, YOUR ORIGINAL PRODUCT WILL BE COLLECTED FROM YOUR ADDRESS AND SHIPPED BACK TO OUR FACILITY.
QUALITY INSPECTION – UPON RECEIPT, OUR TEAM CONDUCTS A DETAILED QUALITY CHECK TO ENSURE THE ITEM MEETS OUR EXCHANGE CRITERIA.
REPLACEMENT PROCESSING – AFTER SUCCESSFUL INSPECTION, YOUR REPLACEMENT ORDER WILL BE CONFIRMED AND MOVED INTO PRODUCTION/PROCESSING.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY – YOUR NEW ITEM WILL BE CAREFULLY REPACKAGED AND DISPATCHED UNDER THE SAME PREMIUM STANDARDS AS YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
